Connecting Integrations (Klaviyo) in Reorbit
Connect third-party services like Klaviyo to Reorbit. Step-by-step guide to linking, reconnecting, and disconnecting your integrations.
Connect Reorbit to the third-party services you already use — starting with Klaviyo.
What are Integrations?
Integrations link Reorbit to outside tools so your loyalty and reviews data can work alongside them. Today Reorbit supports Klaviyo for email marketing.
Step-by-step: connect Klaviyo
1. Open Integrations
From the app, go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Connect Klaviyo
In the Klaviyo section, click Connect. Reorbit opens Klaviyo in a new tab to authorize the connection. Once approved, you’ll return to Reorbit and Klaviyo shows as Connected, with the Klaviyo account name it’s linked to.
3. Reconnect or disconnect
If the connection ever needs refreshing (for example, after changing Klaviyo credentials, or if Reorbit warns that Klaviyo is refusing its requests), click Reconnect to run the authorization again. Disconnect removes Klaviyo’s access from Reorbit and revokes the stored tokens with Klaviyo.
What Klaviyo does for Reorbit
Klaviyo is how Reorbit’s automated messages reach your customers today — it is the only delivery channel currently available, and native email sending is in pilot with founding merchants. Reorbit decides who to message and updates their Klaviyo profile with everything the message needs; the email itself is a flow you build in Klaviyo. Connecting Klaviyo is the first half of that — see How Review Requests Work for the second.
Tips and best practices
- Connect Klaviyo before launching your retention triggers if you want your loyalty and review events flowing into your email flows.
- Reconnect after any Klaviyo account changes to keep the link healthy.
