Connect Klaviyo or Omnisend so Reorbit's loyalty and review events trigger your email and SMS automations, and pick which provider each message uses.
Connect Reorbit to the email and SMS tools you already use. Reorbit decides who to message and when; your connected provider does the sending.
What are integrations?
Integrations link Reorbit to the outside tools that deliver your messages. Reorbit works out who should receive a loyalty or review message and hands that off, with everything the message needs, to the provider you connect.
You connect integrations in the app under Settings → Integrations.
Which integrations are supported

You can connect both. Connecting a second provider changes nothing on its own — see How messages choose a provider.
How messages choose a provider
Connecting an integration only makes it available. Each automated message decides for itself where it sends.
- Go to Settings → Automated messages.
- Open the message you want to change.
- Under Delivery, choose the provider.
- Save.
Every message keeps sending where it sent before until you change it, so connecting a new provider is always safe.
⚠️ Connecting is only half the job. Reorbit sends the event; the message itself is an automation you build in your provider. Nothing reaches a customer until that automation exists. See How Review Requests Work.
Tips and best practices
- Connect before you launch your retention triggers, so your loyalty and review events have somewhere to go from day one.
- Build the automation on the provider side first, then switch the message’s Delivery to it. That way the first event arrives with something waiting for it.
- Reconnect after account changes on the provider side to keep the link healthy.

Can I connect both Klaviyo and Omnisend?
Yes. They sit side by side, and each message chooses its own provider under Delivery.
Does connecting a new provider move my existing messages to it?
No. Connecting only stores the connection. Every message keeps sending where it sent before until you change its Delivery setting.
How do I know an integration is connected?
Its section on Settings → Integrations shows Connected, along with the account or brand name it is linked to.
Do I need an integration at all?
Yes, for automated messages. Reorbit works out who to message, and a connected provider delivers it.
