- Does Reorbit replace Klaviyo?
- No. Reorbit decides who to contact and when, and hands the message to Klaviyo to send — your flows and templates stay yours. We are building native sending too, in pilot with founding merchants, so Klaviyo becomes optional rather than required.
- What size store is this built for?
- Best built for stores under roughly 10,000 orders a month — that is who we design for, and where loyalty and reviews pay back fastest. It is not a ceiling: there are no order limits on the plan.
- Can customers earn points for reviews?
- Yes — including for photo and video reviews, at a different rate if you want. This is the thing separate apps can’t do.
- What happens to points on a refund?
- Points earned on a refunded order are clawed back automatically, and tier standing recalculates with them.
