FAQ
Reorbit is an all-in-one retention platform built for Shopify brands. It combines customer reviews (Pulse), loyalty programs (Gravity), and lifecycle email marketing (Sparks) into a single app — so you stop juggling three separate tools and paying for three separate subscriptions.
Everything. All features across Pulse, Gravity, and Sparks are included from day one — no feature gating, no order-based pricing tiers. You get the full platform for a flat $49/month regardless of your store size.
Not right now — and that’s intentional. During beta, Reorbit actually requires an active Klaviyo account. Sparks sends behavioural events to Klaviyo, and you trigger your retention flows from there. Think of it as adding a smarter data layer to Klaviyo, not replacing it.
Yes — during beta, an active Klaviyo account is required. Sparks connects to Klaviyo to send customer behaviour events, which you then use to trigger retention flows. If you’re not on Klaviyo yet, it has a free plan that works fine to get started. Post-beta, we plan to support additional email platforms.
Gravity lets you create a points-based loyalty program where customers earn rewards for purchases and redeem them on future orders. It’s designed to be simple to set up and easy for customers to understand — no confusing tiers or redemption friction.
Pulse automates review collection by sending post-purchase requests at the right time. Reviews are displayed on your storefront to build social proof, and you can manage and respond to them from one dashboard.
Yes, Reorbit is built specifically for Shopify. Every feature is designed around Shopify’s customer data and order flows.
Reorbit is currently in private beta — and it’s free to join. Apply for early access using the button on the homepage. Beta merchants get priority support, free onboarding, and direct input on the product roadmap.
