Before you install
One hard requirement, and one note on who this suits. Better to know now than after you have wired it up.
- An active Klaviyo account
- Reorbit sends customer behaviour events to Klaviyo and you trigger your flows from there. Loyalty, reviews and referrals work without it — the retention triggers do not.
- Best built for stores under ~10,000 orders a month
- That is who we design for, and where loyalty and reviews pay back fastest. It is not a ceiling — the plan has no order limits.

In pilot: We are building native sending so this stops being a requirement. It is running in pilot with founding merchants now — no date promised, but that is who gets it first.

- What’s the catch?
- None while we are onboarding founding merchants. We need stores using this in anger and telling us what breaks, and that is worth more to us right now than subscription revenue.
- Do I need a card to install?
- No. There is no card, no trial clock, and nothing to cancel. Install it and it works.
- What happens when it stops being free?
- We will price it eventually, and we will tell founding merchants before anything changes. Nothing gets switched off underneath you.
- Is anything held back on the free plan?
- No. Every feature is on — VIP tiers, referrals, syndication, all of it. There is no upgrade tier to hold things back for.
