Beta Program Memorandum

REORBIT – BETA PROGRAM MEMORANDUM

Company: Reorbit Labs OÜ (“Reorbit”, “we”, “us”)
Participant: (“Merchant”, “you”)

1. Overview

This Beta Program Memorandum (“Memorandum”) governs your participation in the Reorbit Beta Program (“Beta”).

The Beta provides early access to Reorbit’s platform in exchange for feedback and collaboration.

2. Nature of the Beta

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Beta version is pre-release software
  • Features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change
  • The platform may contain bugs or errors
  • Functionality may be added, modified, or removed at any time

The Beta is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any guarantees of performance, uptime, or reliability.

3. Pricing & Beta Terms

As a Beta participant, you are offered:

  • A promotional rate of $29/month
  • Locked pricing for a period of three (3) years, subject to the terms below

Important Conditions:

  • Pricing applies only while the account remains active and in good standing
  • Reorbit reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Beta Program
  • Any material misuse of the platform may result in termination of Beta pricing

4. Feedback & Product Development

By participating in the Beta, you agree to:

  • Provide reasonable feedback when requested
  • Allow Reorbit to use feedback to improve the platform

All feedback provided may be used by Reorbit without restriction or compensation.

5. No Service Guarantees

During the Beta:

  • No uptime guarantees are provided
  • Features may not function as expected
  • Support may be limited or prioritized at Reorbit’s discretion

6. Data & Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

  • Use of the Beta is at your own risk
  • Reorbit is not responsible for any data loss, interruptions, or unintended outcomes
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where appropriate

7. Messaging & Compliance

You remain solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining proper customer consent
  • Managing messaging compliance
  • Ensuring all communications comply with applicable laws

Reorbit acts solely as a technology provider.

8. Termination of Beta Access

Reorbit may suspend or terminate Beta access at any time if:

  • These terms are violated
  • The platform is misused
  • Continued participation is deemed inappropriate

You may exit the Beta at any time.

9. Relationship to Terms of Service

This Memorandum supplements the Reorbit Terms of Service.

In the event of a conflict, this Memorandum governs Beta-specific matters.

10. Governing Law

This Memorandum shall be governed by the laws of Estonia, subject to applicable mandatory laws in your jurisdiction.
