Pulse runs automatically once set up. Here’s what happens after a customer places an order on your Shopify store.
01 Order fulfilled
Sparks, based on the active configurations (review request variants, communication priorities, customer reviews history, etc) sends a review request event to Klaviyo with review request link and other information about order and product.
02 Review request sent
Your Klaviyo flow triggers a branded review request email at the right time post-delivery.
03 Customer leaves a review
The customer submits their star rating and written review via a simple mobile-friendly form or via account review request widget.
04 Published and actioned
The verified review appears on your product page, after moderation or automatically. Incentive can be triggered at this point.
